The video’s for Challah making are very helpful… however hard to follow as they are not numbered in order. I”m wanting to use a mixer. Do you have a personal site where the instructions for making challah using a mixer are listed/numbered in order?
Can you do a tutorial on how to cut/shape a round cake as if to prepare it for fondant icing? I can’t find it anywhere on youtube. I know how to cut/carve/shape a square or sheet cake but how on earth and what is the secret to cutting a round cake to make it straight enough on the sides?
